Questions
Do you need access to my store for the snapshot?
No. The snapshot only looks at what's publicly visible, the same way an AI bot would. For an audit we may ask for read-only access to Google Merchant Center or your server logs, but it's optional.
Is this only for WooCommerce?
We specialise in WooCommerce stores, and BigCommerce is coming next. If you're on another platform, ask: the snapshot works on any store.
Will this increase my sales?
